Tooling

Built to exacting tolerances, our Oil-Temperature Controlled dies minimize die thermal extremes and die life will last hundreds of thousands of shots longer than conventional water cooled dies.


Casting

Our ISO9001:2008 Compliant quality system is geared to prevent defects rather to merely detect them. Key processes are controlled from receipt of an order to the loading of castings on a truck. "Right the First Time" means lower costs to customers.


Machine and Finish

On-site CNC machining, tumble blast and vibratory service, and Powder Coat finishing make Therm-Cast your one stop shop for die castings shipped to your door ready for assembly in your products.
